Medeama ended their two games winless run following a 2-3 win over King Faisal.
The visitors put up a great performance to hand King Faisal their third defeat at home.
King Faisal took the lead on the 14th minute through Abdul Latif, who scored with an expertly taken free kick.
Just ten minutes after, Medeama SC picked their pieces to level the score through Nurudeen Abdulai.
Vincent Atinga made it 2-1 for Medeama converting a well taken penalty.
King Faisal came so close to getting the equalizer but Abdul Latif had his goal bound effort went off the post.
After the break, the Mauves and Yellows made it 3-1 through Kwesi Donsu.
King Faisal pulled one back on the 59th minute from a deflected free kick from Joseph Gordon.
Benjamin Asiedu denied the visitors with a save to stop Kwasi Donsu’s efforts.
King Faisal came so close to getting the equaliser in the dying embers but center-back Appasu Lawoe had his header went off the crossbar. It ended 2-3 for Medeama SC after full time.
Aduana Stars claimed a hard-fought victory over Dreams FC in a closely contested match at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.
Despite a valiant effort from the home side, it was the visitors who came away with all three points after a well-taken goal in the first half.
The winning goal was scored by defender Stephen Badu in the sixth minute, giving Aduana all three points and snapping a two-game winless streak.
The league leaders had forward Richard Danso sent off in the 84th minute for a rough challenge, forcing them to play the final 10 minutes with only 10 men, but they still managed to secure an important victory and hand Dreams their second straight defeat.
The match was played in front of a passionate crowd who provided excellent support for both sides throughout.
Aduana Stars stay in first place in the league table with this win, while Dreams FC remain in mid-table.

Kotoku Royals recorded their third win of the season by beating Goldstars 3-2 at the Cape Coast Stadium on Wednesday, February 1 2023.
Royals broke the deadlock in the 30th minute through Richard Dzikoe. They doubled their lead four minutes later through Andy Kumi.
Goldstars were awarded a penalty in the 57th minute which Ibrahim Laar converted to pull one back for the visitors.
Andy Kumi got his second on 70 minutes to restore their two-goal advantage.
Abednego Tetteh got a second for Goldstars in the 85th minute but was not enough to stop relegation threatened Kotoku Royals from returning to winning ways.
Hearts of Oak and Legon Cities played out a scoreless draw at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The first of the game was cagily contested and saw fewer chances created. However, the first 45 minute could have easily ended 1-1, both teams struck the post from free-kicks. Eric Danso for Legon Cities and Linda Mtange for Hearts of Oak.
At the start of the second half, Legon Cities were reduced to 10 men after Nii Bortey brought down Clinton Appiah who was clear on goal.
The Phobians with a man advantage from then dominated the game and created some good chances but failed to take them as it ended scoreless. Kwadwo Obeng Jnr missed a couple of headers while Enoch Asubonteng struck the post.
Legon Cities as well had their chances, Michel Otou failed to capitalize on an error by Richmond Ayi and Abdul Rahman missed from close range.
In Dawu, Richard Danso scored for Aduana FC in the 6th minute and as well received a late red card in a 1-0 win against Dreams FC.
Kotoku Royals defeated Bibiani GoldStars 3-2 to record only their 3rd win of the season. Francis Andy Kumi scored a brace and Richard Dzikoe scored the other goal for Kotoku Royals. Ibrabim Laar and Abednego Tetteh scored for GoldStars.
At the Nsenkyire Sports Arena, Samartex and Tamale City played out a scoreless draw.
In Kumasi, Medeama came from a goal down to beat King Faisal 3-2. Nurudeen Abdulai, Vincent Atingah and Kwasi Donsu scored for Medeama, while Abdul Latif and Joseph Gordon scored for King Faisal.
Nsoatreman bounced back to winning ways with a 2-1 win against Berekum Chelsea. Stephen Diyou and Kwabena Kalala Dannful scored for Nsoatreman in the 50th and 52nd minute respectively, before Mezack Afriyie scored for Chelsea in the 59th minute.
In Bechem, Bechem United thrashed Real Tamale United (RTU) 6-2. Bechem went 4-0 up in the first half through a goal from Isaiah Nyarko and a hattrick from Hafiz Konkoni. In the second half, Mohammed Sadat and Mustapha Fuseini reduced the deficit to 4-2, but Bechem United scored two goals later on through Clinton Doudu.
The final games of the round will be played tomorrow, Karela will host Asante Kotoko and Accra Lions play Great Olympics.

Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana has successfully passed his mandatory medical examination and has signed a four-and-a-half year deal with English Premier League club Southampton FC.
Sulemana will become the club’s record signing, surpassing Danny Ings who joined the Saints in 2019 for around €25.1 million.
The 20-year-old speedster had been the target of several Premier League clubs, including Everton and PSV Eindhoven.
Rennes, Sulemana’s current club, had received offers from both Southampton and Everton, with the transfer fee expected to be around €25 million.
Sulemana, who previously played for Nordsjaelland, has scored 6 goals and 4 assists in 47 appearances for Rennes since moving to France in 2021.
Sulemana’s signing with Southampton will be confirmed once all necessary formalities are completed.
Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana is on his way to England as a move to English Premier League side Southampon beckons.
Stade Rennes has accepted €25 million offer plus €3 million in bonuses from both Everton and Southampton for Kamaldeen Sulemana (20), according to L’Équipe but the player prefers a move to Southampton.
A medical examination has been scheduled in the coming hours with the player expected to head to England soon.
Kamaldeen Sulemana had been the subject of two offers from Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven and struggling English sides Southampton and Everton.
Rennes had earlier in the window rejected a €17 million bid from Southampton and PSV for Kamaldeen Sulemana,20, while Everton were also interested in the Ghana international.
Both clubs bid €17m for the Ghanaian international, although the Dutch side’s offer was structured as an initial €15m along with €2m in add-ons, whereas the Premier League side’s offer excluded any bonuses.
Kamaldeen Sulemana joined the French side from Danish club FC Norsdjaelland in the summer of July 2021 for a fee of €17 million but injuries have hindered his progress at the club.
The player and his representatives are keen on a switch away from the French club as he has struggled for a place in Bruno Genesio’s side.
Kamaldeen Sulemana is contracted to Rennes until 2026.
