Former captain of Hearts of Oak Fatawu Mohammed has admitted that, despite leading the team for some years, he has never been a fan of the club.
The Phobians have decided against extending the contract of the 30-year-old right back, and several reports claim that Fatawu has been told to find a new club.
Speaking in an interview with SportsObama TV, Fatawu said he has been a supporter of Hearts rivals Asante Kotoko since infancy.
“I have never been a fan of Hearts of Oak. “Oh yes, I am not a fan of the club despite playing for almost ten years,” Fatawu Mohammed told Sports Obama TV.
